Profil IAAHEH

  1. IAAHEH, as an external quality assurance institution for higher education in health study programs, works on the basis of a mandate based on:
    • Law No. 12 of 2012 on Higher Education,
    • Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 3 of 2020 on National Higher Education Standards.
    • Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 5 of 2020 concerning Accreditation of Study Programs and Higher Education.
    • Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 07 of 2020 on the Establishment, Change, Dissolution of State Universities, and Establishment, Changes, Revocation of Private  Higher Education Permits.
  2. The founder of IAAHEH is a health professional community consisting of 7 (seven) health profession organizations, such as Medicine (IDI), Dentistry (PDGI), Nursing (PPNI), Midwifery (IBI), Pharmacy (IAI), Public Health (IAKMI), Nutrition (PERSAGI) and 7 (seven) Associations of Higher Education Institutions in Health, namely Medicine (AIPKI), Dentistry (AFDOKGI), Nursing (AIPNI), Midwifery (AIPKIND), Pharmacy (APTFI), Public Health (AIPTKMI), and Nutrition (AIPGI), and agreed to establish an Independent Accreditation Institute for Indonesian Higher Education for Health (IAAHEH) on December 22, 2011.
  3. The agreement of the 14 organizations was confirmed in the form of the Indonesian IAAHEH Association Legal Entity through the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. AHU - 30.AH.01.07. – 2014.
  4. IAAHEH received recognition from the Minister of Education and Culture based on the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture No.291 - 2014.

VISION : To become a globally acknowledged accreditation institution to facilitate quality higher education study programs in health.

The Mission of LAM-PTKes is as follows:

a)    Develop LAM-PTKes in a professional and accountable manner;

b)    Improving the quality of accreditation services for higher education health study programs;

c)    Increase the network and recognition of LAM-PTKes at the National and Global levels

The purpose of LAM-PTKes is SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time Bound), namely:

  1. Compilation of policies, standards, instruments and procedures for accreditation of higher education in health which is operationalized by LAM-PTKes (Specific).
  2. Increasing the quality of study programs accredited by LAM-PTKes based on indicators including competency tests and Tracer Study (Measurable).
  3. The integration of academic, vocational, and professional education accreditation that supports each other to improve the skills of health workers as a whole through synchronous (Achievable) instruments.
  4. Realization of graduates from study programs that have been accredited by LAM-PTKes who are able to carry out health service practices with competencies according to the standards and needs of the community (Relevant).Realization of the ability of LAM-PTKes to finance its own operational activities since 2015 (Time Bound).

The LAM-PTKes Quality Policy is to provide the best Health Study Program accreditation services in accordance with applicable laws / regulations, always strive to make continuous improvements and quality improvements to meet the expectations and needs of stakeholders, and ensure the realization of high quality health education with global standards, by means of :

  1. Improving the quality of LAM-PTKes institutions continuously through:
    • Comply with statutory requirements and other requirements relating to National Standards of Higher Education, Education Standards and Competency Standards in the Field of Health Sciences.
    • Use the health study program accreditation instrument established by the BAN-PT Accreditation Council.
    • Improve the quality of LAM-PTKes accreditation services by improving the quality of the LAM-PTKes assessment team in accordance with qualification and competency requirements.
    • Increase the capacity of the LAM-PTKes collaboration network through harmonious relationships with stakeholders.
    • Strengthening the LAM-PTKes management system by improving organizational dynamics and governance including management of human resources, information and communication technology, and adequate work infrastructure.
  2. Implement ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System (QMS) in the entire LAM-PTKes service process effectively and continuously.
  3. Ensure the application of quality standards of health education with global standards to maintain the recognition of international accreditation agencies.

This policy is reviewed and updated as needed on an ongoing basis and is disseminated to all employees and stakeholders.

Chairperson of LAM-PTKes

 

I. Perspektif PELANGGAN :

  1.     LAM-PTKes merekomendasikan akses dan media untuk peningkatan mutu prodi sebagai nilai tambah utamanya.
  2.     LAM-PTKes melakukan sosialisasi rencana strategisnya ke para pemangku kepentingan antara lain: Prodi, Kemdikbud, BAN-PT, KemKes, dan jaringan kerjanya.
  3.     LAM-PTKes harus menjalin kerjasama dengan LPUK.
  4.     LAM-PTKes menjalin hubungan kerjasama dengan lembaga-lembaga penjaminan mutu dan akreditasi pendidikan tinggi internasional.
  5.     LAM-PTKes menjalin hubungan kerjasama antara pemerintah, industri pendidikan & kesehatan serta masyarakat sipil.
  6.     LAM-PTKes mengajukan untuk diakreditasi atau menjadi anggota perkumpulan lembaga akreditasi internasional.

 

II. Perspektif KEUANGAN :

  1.     LAM-PTKes membentuk Dewan Penyantun untuk menunjang pendanaan biaya operasionalnya.
  2.     Dewan Penyantun LAM-PTKes bersama prodi, pemerintah, industri pendidikan dan kesehatan, masyarakat sipil serta donor nasional maupun internasional menyusun mekanisme pendanaan bersama.

 

III. Perspektif PRODUKSI :

  1.     LAM-PTKes harus mendorong Majelis Akreditasi untuk mengembangkan instrumen terpadu bagi ketujuh profesi kesehatan.
  2.     LAM-PTKes perlu menawarkan nilai tambah kepada prodi berupa :
  3. 1) Mengoperasionalkan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal prodi (SPMI);

    2) Meningkatkan efektifitas SPMI prodi;

    3) Menjaga keberlanjutan SPMI prodi yang efektif.

    4) Persiapan proses akreditasi;

    5) Pembinaan akreditasi yang berkelanjutan;

    6) Umpan balik proses akreditasi yang bersifat : tepat waktu; spesifik; konstruktif dan adil.

    7) Nilai akreditasi LAM-PTKes mendapat pengakuan internasional;

    8) Persiapan dan pembinaan akreditasi oleh Fasilitator sebagai customer representative;

    9) Penerapan nilai-nilai operasional :

    • · Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI);
    • · Quality Cascade ;
    • · Conceptualization-Production-Usability (CPU);
    • · Trusworthy .
    • · Interprofesionalism

    10) Turut mensosialisasikan profil prodi yang sudah terakreditasi penuh di website;

    11) Menyelenggarakan Pelatihan, Seminar dan Workshop dengan narasumber dari dalam dan luar negeri;

    12) Menyediakan fasilitas agar prodi yang sudah terakreditasi penuh bisa menjadi peserta Education expo.

     

  4.     LAM-PTKes menerapkan standar CPU (Conceptualization - Production - Usability) dalam instrumen akreditasinya yaitu :

1) Konsep profesi kesehatan yang dibutuhkan dan konsep sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang akan memanfaatkannya.

2) Pembelajaran oleh mahasiswa dan pendidikan yang diterimanya.

3) Upaya institusi pendidikan untuk menjamin agar lulusannya dimanfaatkan seoptimal mungkin sesuai dengan kompetensi yang diperolehnya.

 

 

IV. Perspektif BELAJAR dan BERKEMBANG :

 

1. LAM-PTKes mendorong OP dan AIP yang belum berbadan hukum untuk berbadan hukum agar menjadi anggota perkumpulan LAM-PTKes.

2. Semua OP dan AIP yang sudah berbadan hukum didorong untuk berperan aktif dalam Rapat Anggota (RA) dan Majelis Akreditasi LAM-PTKes.

3. LAM-PTKes merangkul OP dan AIP dari seluruh profesi kesehatan selain ketujuh profesi di HPEQ.

4. Melakukan pelatihan asesor, fasilitator dan validator LAM-PTKes terhadap pool mantan asesor BAN-PT dan tenaga baru.

5. Melakukan pelatihan Kepala Divisi, Majelis Akreditasi dan tenaga Sekretariat LAM-PTKes.
